edit,

Feel the pain that I never showed
And I hope you know, it's never healing
Hate to say that I told you so, but I told you so

I could forget how you had tried to get the best of me
You'll never forget that, you never got me!
YOU, NEVER, GOT, ME!

Survive?

Don't worry about anything. Worrying never helped anything, it only distorted your mind.

It had to be you.

What if it was you?
You that I needed all along
I felt like a fool
Thinking we were completely wrong
It seemed like a dream
A beautiful scream
That echoed forever
And made us not afraid to feel a thing

And after it ends
We'll try to be friends
They say that what doesn't kill us makes us who we are

All this time and everything's changed but I still feel the same
All good things eventually end and get washed down the drain
What a disaster it would be if you discovered that I cared
A little too much for friends but not enough to share

Go to this Show.

I'm Not Crying. You're Not Crying, Are You?

So again, continuing on with the last post, people can be so rude. Right? or maybe not. A friend found it funny that i think it's okay say no to a date. Of course it is. Make sure to be nice about it though. Seriously its probably the worst when a girl goes on a date which she doesn't want be at, so they say, and its sucks for their dates because its just not fun. Also a waste of money for the dude. So lets be cool kids.
Story #1: From this guy at work.
After he'd had dropped off a date at the door.... door step scene.... she walks in and says "I hate dating!" she was thinking he had left but oh he heard. Ladies that's not cool. not at all. He said it wasn't even a bad date.

Do and Don't #2:

Do: Let the date (man) pay for you. He asked you. So that means he wants to pay for you.

Don't: Flirt with other people other than your date, while on your date. But after the date, it's free game.

Anyway i have plenty more stories and stuff to say. I like talking at work.

Dating............

So at work, I have been having these fantastic conversations with some of my co workers about dating. Fantastic. LIke do and don'ts and like worst dates and that jazz. I want to share some of those stories with the world or the 2 people who view this, ( not including the angel who thinks i don't know anything about dbz, you know who you are.) When i have time i'll be posting more. but here is a little:

do and don't #1:

do: say no to a date that you really don't want to go on. It will save the guy money and save you the misery. and some dudes accept rejection differently so be nice about it.

don't: texting in general. Don't ask via text or communicate to others via text on your date. Unless its your mother.

Christmas Music in early November.

Is there really anything wrong with listening to xmas music early? You tell me. It definitely brings out the christmas cheer out of most people. In that case, we should be listening all year. Everyone would be nicer, right? Well if you are fan of feeling Jolly, I recommend Today's 106.5 fm. Christmas music 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

FYI

Delta flights come in on Terminal 2, not 1. We learned that the hard way yesterday morning. My RM brother waited almost an hour......

Flood! Flood!

Yeah, it's alright.

My room sort of flooded today. It sucked, im over it. A lot of my drawings are ruined, they sucked anyway. My amp was a close one.

but everyone was saved.

dont wake me up

yeah i have friends.

This place is a prison
And these people aren't your friends
Inhaling thrills through $20 bills
And the tumblers are drained and then flooded again
And again

The River

So last night I was in Downtown Provo, and i parked my scooter sort of in front Muse Music. When we came back it was on the ground with all the things in the compartment everywhere. My first thought was, it must just fallen over but the car that was parked by was gone. ha. Who does that?? I thought it was funny that somebody would do a hit and run on a scooter. meh it still works.

In A Jar

So basically I haven't thought about this blog until like 5 minutes ago and half that time I tried remembering the password. I wish there was something really cool to blog about but I'm lame. Except if the brand new show would have happened, i would have gone on and on about it. Im convinced that I will be more consistent with this, so horay! for the 2 people who look at this. I guess I'll talk about stuff that i think is cool. Like my room, food, bands people dont like but me and dragon ball z. Trust me, its going to be promising.

Point Of Extinction

Its been a long time since i posted. Im sure the two of you have noticed, thanks mom. Anyway. July has been crazy and still haven't finished my room. Someday I will. It has been the nights, staying up late making wall art or watching a movie almost every single, that got me to realize that school is starting soon and warped tour is on saturday. Its the day I look forward the most every year. I just wish gilb was here, nofx is coming, there his favorite. Its the day my brown skin turns to black and maybe the only time i will get sunburnt. Its going to be awesome. Im going off hot pockets for awhile, maybe I'll start feeling normal again.

Portugal. The Man

Since im getting really tired of getting ideas on what to write, im going to share some of my favorite musical acts. yeah im really bored. First is Portugal. The Man. i love this band. I think they are so freaking good. Go download their new record, Satanic Satanist. It comes out July 21st but its easy to find. They say if you do to go share it with ten people. so just do it. They kind of have a Beetles sound and i think john gourley is amazing. Check them out at http://www.myspace.com/portugaltheman

hmm food.

Okay, first off I just want to say I love food, especially good food. Sammy's in Provo is good food. It is located on 100 w 27 n in Downtown Provo. They have excellent burgers, fries and shakes. Awesome. The people who work their are so nice and friendly. They are also having free shows every saturday, all through out the summer. Seriously in the last 2 weeks, I have been there like 8 times, no joke. It seems like I always end up in Downtown Provo. and of course I get their Sweet Potato Fries! So freakin good. Check it out.

Wal-Mart... Late @ NIght.

As much as people love and hate Wal-Mart, have you ever experienced it after 11:00 pm? Your love will fade.... seriously. I remember multiple times where i have gone to pick up a drink or something worthless like that and the lines are massive. Like 30 minute wait massive.  I don't why they only have two lanes open even though they like have 15 lanes. psh. not even all the self checkouts are open.We can't do anything about it because its Wal-Mart. They are going to take over the world at some point anyway.  Before doing a late Wal-Mart run, think twice before you go.

Senior All Nighter

First of graduation was way good. I spoke, only messed a couple times. I have never spoken in front that many people before and probably never will...... eh maybe.

The senior all nighter was amazingly fun. There was so much food..... so much. karaoke, games, bunch of sweet stuff, a hypnotist, even though it didnt work for me...uh. Anyway it was fun and I got home at like ten in the morning. im still tired.

Star Wars!

partying too hard.... to many cups of lemonade.

gas station food.

Gas station food, is it really as bad as people think? I think not. Actually a lot of it is dangerous stuff that I advise you stay away from. But there is a gas station in particular, and that is the conoco in provo, next to carl's jr. First, I just want to say that their rotisserie chicken is splendid, it so good. Although it may have been seating under the heat lamp all day, you can't go wrong. I don't know how they make their fry sauce or how many health codes they break to make it, its amazing. This guy who worked for my dad last summer would eat that every single day, im not even joking. Every Single Day! It didnt kill him so im assuming its not that bad for you. Gas station food hmm wow..... don't even get me started with 7-11. Just be careful with your gas station selections.

May The Peace Of Christ Be With You

Today, Sierra and I made a visit to the local Community United Church of Christ. Its located on University Ave. in Provo. It was really interesting to see how different it was from ours. There were about 40 people in the congregation, but it seemed like a lot less. The members were really nice. Afterwards there was refreshments! cake and chocolate milk. Wouldn't it be sweet if we had that after sacrament? I know a lot youth go to firesides because they have an incentive to go. (Refreshments) So if we had some after sacrament, I'm sure youth would be excited to go to sacrament? bishop, just a thought.

I'll miss school, i love school or high school i should say. This year has been the best one and of course more are to come. Still need to work on my graduation speech but i'll probably end up doing it the night before. I will strive to get that done asap. oh and prom was the best! So much fun!

hello yogurt

Last year, I discovered a new love in my life...... and that's frozen yogurt. I have been to many and there is one that impresses and makes me happy most and that is "Hello Yogurt". Its located 376 east university parkway in Orem, next to outback. You have the choice of like eight different flavors that rotate weekly and an excellent assortment of toppings. They charge you per oz. so, its a pretty good deal. Its a cool place to hang out i think, they have couches and stuff. The guys who work there are nice and sometimes you have to wake them up from their naps that they take on the couches, but other than that its all good.

here is their website link:

new phone.

So like two weeks ago my cell phone was ran over by a jeep. or at least that what it seemed. I was dumb and left on the back of Sierra's car. Later it was found in the gutter and broken. Actually, I was relieved when she told me. I hated that phone like none other. It was a motorola krazor. It sucked, that battery would die after a couple of hours and it would freeze all the time. This was a great excuse to get a new one.

The cool thing is that i have insurance on my line. so any phone i have under my line is insured. So i made a claim, paid a small fee and a couple days later i received a brand new one. I went to a used phone store and traded it in for Motorola Qc. I love it. One of the best ideas ever. I play bubble breaker all the time and the best thing about it, is that i charged it tuesday night and the battery is only have dead.

Moshtradamus

If you really know me, you would know that I am in love (but not in a gay way)  with Anthony Green. He is a musician from Doylestown, Pennsylvania. He has been part of many musical acts such as: Zolof and the Rock & Roll Destroyer, Saosin, The Sound of Animals Fighting, and is the current lead singer of Circa Survive. He is known for his extremely high vocal range and dynamics, and is regarded by many critics and fans as the most gifted vocalist still active in modern music.

A lot friends don't like him because they say he sounds like a girl. psh. If any, a manly one. He is probably one the most entertaining frontmen today to watch. He is not only amazing on c.d. but live too.

Last year, he came out with his solo album, Avalon, which has a more indie/folkish sound to it. It's easy to listen to and its one of my favorite albums of all time. He also went on a solo tour with Good Old War, which is his backing band on the record, and Person L. Check them out too.
From the Salt Lake Show.

He formed Circa Survive back in '05 after he left Saosin. Circa is my favorite band, i would say. Check out "On letting Go". This is my favorite record. Every track is unique and has a different sound to every other band. I also really like the lyrics, really original.

They are currently working on their third full length and it should be out later this year.

Ogden, Utah

Last week, I was in Ogden for a couple of days for FBLA state. I really like the city, even though i swear its dead.  They have cool a downtown area, it kind of has an oldish feel to it, its cool. More like a bigger downtown provo but with more weirdos roaming the streets. I stayed at the Ben Lemmond Hotel or at least i think thats what its called. Anyway its supposed to haunted but i think the crappy continental breakfast and crappy elevators made a lot worse. Oh yeah.... that was a taco stand. well actually a couple, across the street from the hotel. The guy was so nice and the food was good and cheap. Everything was a dollar. You were even his "Amigio" after you paid him.
There was even a sweet dance, probably one of the funnest I have ever attended. It was awesome to get away and hang out with Keeton, Camilla, Dustin and Todd for three days, It was way fun.... I didn't win anything but it was fun.

Ps Great Harvest Bread Co. is the best.

Mustache March

As many of you know or sorry don't know, the month of march was Mustache March. Its when you don't shave your stache for the whole month of march. Sounds? It was. I was the only one who succeeded. I knew some who grew for half the month an would shave because they could not have growth or even dye theirs. I don't mean to brag but yes mine was the best. I just wish i could grow a thick, legit mexi stache. eh maybe someday.

Moments after shaving her.

HOLI!

Yesterday was the Festival of Colors at the Krishna Temple. I was so stoked on going. For the last month, "I was like its going to be Awesome!" So the actual color throwing started 5:40, and we were like thats probably the only cool part, so lets just go for that.

We left at five, and it should only take like 15 minutes to get there but NO! it didn't. More Like an hour. Literally. When we actually got in Spanish Fork there was a mass exodus of people covered in the flour stuff. ugh....... But since were only going like 2 mph, this girl asked if we wanted some. so she gave us a handful. We were in keeton's car and hannah started throwing some and then we got a little.......... anyway keeton's car is a miss.

So we finally get there, and there is just a mass of wild BYU Spring Break Goers, it was actually really sweet. The band was cool, even though they said the same words over again. Hema kema llama krishna! or something like that. There was a lot psychedelic dancing and annoying crowd surfers. For the 45 minutes we were there, it was worth it. but NEXT year my mama is packing me a sack lunch and going early. oh yeah the ride pack was just as bad.

I'm Ready.

And today was a day just like any other

"I put on the same clothes I wore yesterday.
When did society decide that we had to change
And wash a tee shirt after every individual use:
If it's not dirty, I'm gonna wear it."

Today I kind of just realized, how many of my friends have left or are leaving on missions. Seriously these past two months a bunch of people have, and a few have returned from their two years. It's amazing how they go to do what they believe in for two years. I'm excited to go.

I went to Ben Buxton's farewell today, i missed his talk because i couldn't find the keys to the car. (my dad accidently took them, so i had to walk to church to get them.) I'm not as good as friends as other but he is a good guy. haha that sounds kind of corny. It was an enjoyable time.

After, for some reason i decided to drive up the canyon to read and to take a nap. By myself. Yep I'm kind of a loser. I drove up to south fork, past vivian's park. i get there and i just kind of lay there and ponder stuff. haha this is so lame. Anyway, ten minutes past and i get a text from dad saying i need to go home because they lost their house key. So I'm like no way. so i drive all the way back to my house and they got in somehow. and for some reason they didn't think to call me before. blah. So i drove to nielsen's grove and i took a nap. For some reason, i love taking naps in random places, my car, the park, like once took a nap in my car during school. It was nice, really was until Sierra came up to the window and started smacking it! i haven't gotten scared like that for a long time. ugh.

Naps are good for you.

Keeton also thinks blogs are for losers. haha but he doesn't know that its opposite, they are for cool people.

Oh Meredith.

Yesterday was an awesome day, it really was. School was the usual and the last day of the term..... which that part wasn't awesome. So after school, i stayed to help set up the spring fling. That went well and I literally sung through the PA system for like an hour after we were done setting up. I was so entertained, but I think all janitors were annoyed.

Anyway, on the way home, I'm driving on state and this guy drives up next to me. He's Like "Yo man! Your car is leaking a lot of water! I'm like Crap! Thanks. Luckily i was almost home. Then all of a sudden my car starts smoking up like Mad! I'm praying that it didn't over heat or something around those lines, just because of Meredith's history.(Meredith is my beloved 1994 Mitsubishi Montero) I know some basics on cars so looked under the hood and nothing really going on. I think one of the hoses were torn and that caused it leak Coolant. I really hope its just that. So she is going to get fixed this week.

So I'm stuck driving the Mexican Bull AkA my Mini Van or my scooter if i get it to start.

Anyway, the Spring Fling was so fun. Not too many people showed up but i think it was successful. All the Proceeds went to the Make A Wish Foundation.  So of course it was a success.

After I went to 7-11 with a couple of friends. You can never go wrong with a Slurpee.

This is my first post.
